In order to remain competitive in the beer industry in the future, it is essential that we replace our 25-year-old equipment with a modern 1,000-liter brewhouse. This investment will enable us to brew more consistently, efficiently, and sustainably in Rapperswil-Jona. Every bit of support helps us along the way. With the reopening in April, the restaurant on the lakeside of Port-Valais will be given a facelift. Renovations, a real ship's parquet floor and new furniture will add a new flair. The summer terrace is also to be redesigned to invite guests with a lounge and a direct view of Lake Geneva.

Bombay Botanicals is to inspire people to eat more plant-based food an do something good for yourself and your environment. Bombay Botanicals "plantbased Indian" is a digital food concept called "Ghost Kitchen". Our dishes may only be ordered online for delivery or take away. Our first location is going to be Stripped Pizza Talacker 41 in Zurich.

Under no circumstances do we want to deliver soggy and cold pizza to your summer apero, to your birthday party or even to your wedding. Bierwerk Züri is a microbrewery located in the centre of Zurich, where beer is produced and served straight out of the tanks. Our philosophy is to offer high quality, local and diverse beer as fresh as possible, and to create a place where beer production and enjoyment get combined. The only missing part is a beer garden, where you can relax and drink our beers!

Everyone should know the best cheesecakes in Switzerland! We want to take part in the street food park event in Zurich Mainstation and bring our cheesecakes closer to the public.
