UNAPOLOGETIC is an inclusive, recurring dance project for queer young people with and without disabilities, which takes place simultaneously in Basel, Bern, Lucerne, and Zurich. Together, they develop a full-length dance piece full of resistance and queer joy. It is a safer space for them to express themselves artistically and make new social contacts.
The project is free of charge for participants
The project has been running since 2024.

Plan G Mexico has been working successfully since October 2023 to protect Mexican goodeid fishes. It is supported by many stakeholders who are currently investing in nine individual projects. However, basic costs are hardly taken into account, and as our two vehicles in use are already old, we need to renew or expand our fleet in good time in order to be able to manage all projects. The support will be used to purchase a truck to close this gap.
In 2016 it will take place for the 25 times and will celebrate this anniversary with the best and renowned contemporary comic artists worldwide. Fumetto started in the year 1992 as a very small comic event at the local youth center by a few comic fans. Over the years the festival has developed into the top location for artistically ambitious comics in Europe. Unlike the usual comic-events Fumetto has devoted itself explicitly to the art. Every year it runs a finely tuned international program of exhibitions with comics at its center.
Following this long tradition the Festival 2016 will present a retrospective of the last 25 years and will show artists that already have been part of the festival in the past.
In addition there will be a very special comic art book published by Fumetto. All chapters are created by comic artists who were important for the festival and the international comic scene and the chapters of the book are closely related to the exhibitions. Every art book will turn to a one of a kind copy and a unique collector’s item. How it works? Come to Fumetto and find out yourself! Fumetto fans can’t miss a happening like that!
