Conventional chewing gum uses plastic as the chewing base. This is why the chewing and swallowing of "normal" chewing gum is bad for the human body, and by spitting it out, bad for the environment. We want to change that and launch a tasty chewing gum with a natural chewing base made from the chicle tree. We (Urs and Pierre) have been successfully brewing beer together for five years. In 2016 the inevitable next step came: we registered the name Bear’N’Stein (Bear=Urs, Stein=Pierre, so "Urs and Pierre“) in the directory of Swiss breweries, founded our microbrewery in Kreis 5 Zurich and soon began to receive positive reviews (award: Best Newcomer 2017 from the renowned beer sommelier Bov). Then we met Daniele, another passionate homebrewer who knows all about technical details and trends. Thanks the many positive feedbacks, we decided to open the first brewpub in Kreis 4 Zurich.

We offer complete menus in all sizes, where you can choose what you like: snacks, desserts and our home-made specialities like blends of tea and spices, sweet and salty baking mixes and much more! As chef with international experience and professionally specialized dietary chef my food is not just colourful, full of taste and flavours, which are inspired from all over the world but also healthy and suits for everyone! Everything is cooked from scratch and because of my specialisation I can offer professional gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian options without any compromise in the taste! My goal is to share my passion and knowledge for cooking and food with everyone, make the gastronomy greener, healthier and enjoyable for everyone! "Skaldenmet", in old Norse Odrörir, is the mead of the gods in north mythology, of which is told it has the magic ability to let anyone sing and write poetry! Even if it's just a legend I can guarantee that you at least think you can sing better, well, that's a good start! I've been brewing natural and quality mead for years and therefore have my own webshop. Now, I will found a start up company to start my own business.

With your support, we can finance the game collection for DuBischDra, the first board game café in Switzerland. We plan to open the café mid-year in the FOGO area next to the train station Altstetten. The area is easily accessible by train and tram from Zurich and surrounding areas. In our café you can play all day long, if you like. Our game gurus help you choose the best games and explain the rules too. We charge a one-time cover charge when playing games.

z'Nacht is rethinking meal delivery. We choose high-quality, local ingredients from the region and transforms them into creative, interesting, healthy menus -- that we prepare, chill, pack, and deliver to you on your commute home. Our modern, organic methods yield fresh, delicious meals with no preservatives. Pick up your meal at your local train station, so no need for an extra stop on the way home! You heat your entree in the oven for a few minutes, and dinner is served at your convenience. Your contribution will help us buy commercial equipment, find a kitchen, and buy a cargo bike. Maillardos is a dream that we have been roasting in our heads for almost three years. We thought opening a coffee shop was a distant and unattainable dream. But after careful planning we have decided to take a leap of faith and pursue our dream now. Summerfling ist ein Pop Up Projekt, welches im Sommer oder besser gesagt in der Sommerpause des Café Apfelgolds in der Längasse durchgeführt wird. Seit mehreren Jahren backe ich begeistert Kuchen und interessiere mich für die "pflanzenbasierte" Küche. Vorallem sogenannte Desserts - mit Benefits. Also Alles was lecker schmeckt und dem Körper gut tut. Auf meinem Blog vanillacrunnch.com und auch auf Instagram @vanillacrunnch teile ich meine Kreationen mit 133'000 beigeisterten Lesern und Leserinnen. Für mich war es seit immer ein Traum mal ein Café zu führen und diesen Sommer erfülle ich mir diesen. Ich wünsche mir, dem Längasse- Quartier frischen Wind einzuhauchen und den Menschen aus der Gegend einen Ort zum Austausch und Treffen zu bieten. Summerfling, soll wie ein schönes Sommerfest sein, 16 Tage lang, und alle sind eingeladen. Für das ganze Kuchen testen (Zutaten etc) plus die Raummiete braucht es natürlich Kapital und ich freue mich über jeden Zustupf :)

There is no holding back the demand for good quality street food. We will bring our smoked salmon specialties to you as well as various festivals and events. With your help we can realize the interior design of the truck. 1st stage Within the first step of the building we get the basics for an hygiene interior like stainless steel work surfaces, non slippery floor and a fireproof backwall behind the smokers. Also the first coat of paint inside and out belongs to the first stage. 2nd stage With reaching the second stage we get all the gas components, electric installation like lights, power sockets and fresh and black water installation. 3rd stage By now we can buy all the power tools we need like refrigerators, two smokers for the LaxBurgers, toaster for our yummy buns and other little gadgets we need. 4th stage With reaching the final funding stage it will give us the ability to wrap it with nice designs, fonts and signing so everyone who sees it wants to try that delicious smoked salmon from Neuheim!
