LOCALLY BREWED CRAFT BEER WITH AN INTERNATIONAL TASTE
Thanks the many positive feedbacks, we decided to open the first brewpub in Kreis 4 Zurich.
The first step is to buy essentials (taps, furniture, etc.). The second step is to make it fancy (sound system, cashier, coffee machine).

Materials scientists deal with all kinds of materials. In the last few years, however, my focus has gradually shifted to fermented barley soup. I'm fascinated by the variety of beerstyles and I love to create new recipes in our brewcellar. In our brewpub, I will make sure that you never get bored! Tschin Tschin!
I use my background as a materials scientist to understand complex brewing processes and emulate them in our brewcellar. With each new feature that we implement in our process, we gain more control over the final taste our beers have! I will make sure that you never find dodgy flavours in our beers and that nothing explodes! Cheerio!
I'm a mechanical engineer, but my passion is craft beer! I love tasting it and brewing it and I'm looking forward to creating new recipes for you. I can't wait to welcome you to the brewpub and introduce you to the fascinating world of craft beer. Salute!
I never used to like beer... Because I had never tasted the real deal! With Pierre, I have discovered the beer world and learnt to love it. It has been so enriching! In return I will make sure that Bear'N'Stein gets richer by doing the accounts! Santé!
