The build-up of Kaiser Storen AG is designed as a scalable, standardized mobile service organization.
In addition to financial support, we are actively seeking expertise, operational talent, and strategic partnerships that accelerate structured growth.
1. Operational Talent & Skilled Professionals
We are looking for:
Experienced sunshade and shutter technicians
Specialists in motorization and control systems
Service dispatchers with field coordination experience
Quality and process managers (ISO experience is highly valued)
Our objective is to build high-performing 2-person mobile teams with a strong first-time-fix rate.
2. Strategic Expertise
We welcome support and sparring from professionals with experience in:
Scaling service-based organizations
Lean process design and operational standardization
ISO 9001 / 14001 / 27001 implementation
Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization in fleet operations
AI-supported dispatching and workflow automation
We are seeking strategic contributors and experienced operators — not traditional consultants.
3. Technology & Digitalization Partners
Relevant areas include:
Routing and dispatch optimization software
ERP and field service management systems
AI-driven forecasting and automation tools
QR-based inventory and container tracking systems
We are open to pilot projects and co-development partnerships.
4. Suppliers & Industry Partners
We are building a structured procurement strategy and are looking for:
Strategic primary suppliers (single-vendor approach)
Container location partners in industrial zones
Specialized component and spare part suppliers
Vehicle and workshop-fit-out partners
Our goal is a highly replicable, scalable supply infrastructure.
5. Locations & Infrastructure
We are interested in:
Container placements in industrial areas
