Crafted in Switzerland, we use our unique DOUBLE DISTILLING process to bring out the typical & complex flavors even without the alcohol.

With your support, we can finance the game collection for DuBischDra, the first board game café in Switzerland. We plan to open the café mid-year in the FOGO area next to the train station Altstetten. The area is easily accessible by train and tram from Zurich and surrounding areas. In our café you can play all day long, if you like. Our game gurus help you choose the best games and explain the rules too. We charge a one-time cover charge when playing games.

MOON is an indulgent, plant-based concept store combining 'bean to bar' chocolate and Scandinavian baked goods focused on providing unique flavor experiences that are new, innovative, a tad rebellious, and with a focus on using ingredients of a superior quality. We believe in using business as a force for good.

We (Urs and Pierre) have been successfully brewing beer together for five years. In 2016 the inevitable next step came: we registered the name Bear’N’Stein (Bear=Urs, Stein=Pierre, so "Urs and Pierre“) in the directory of Swiss breweries, founded our microbrewery in Kreis 5 Zurich and soon began to receive positive reviews (award: Best Newcomer 2017 from the renowned beer sommelier Bov). Then we met Daniele, another passionate homebrewer who knows all about technical details and trends. Thanks the many positive feedbacks, we decided to open the first brewpub in Kreis 4 Zurich.

Bierwerk Züri is a microbrewery located in the centre of Zurich, where beer is produced and served straight out of the tanks. Our philosophy is to offer high quality, local and diverse beer as fresh as possible, and to create a place where beer production and enjoyment get combined. The only missing part is a beer garden, where you can relax and drink our beers!

We have this incedible chance to take over this small cheese store in the old town of Zurich. The Chäs Chäller - Urban Food Store is well known for it's Altstadt Fondue and big selection of raclette cheese and specialities, like Taucherli Schoggi and the vegan cheese alternative from Vegusto.
