Drive Goodeids Forward
Michael Köck
Plan G Mexico has been working successfully since October 2023 to protect Mexican goodeid fishes. It is supported by many stakeholders who are currently investing in nine individual projects. However, basic costs are hardly taken into account, and as our two vehicles in use are already old, we need to renew or expand our fleet in good time in order to be able to manage all projects. The support will be used to purchase a truck to close this gap.
And now it’s your turn!

UNAPOLOGETIC is an inclusive, recurring dance project for queer young people with and without disabilities, which takes place simultaneously in Basel, Bern, Lucerne, and Zurich. Together, they develop a full-length dance piece full of resistance and queer joy. It is a safer space for them to express themselves artistically and make new social contacts.
The project is free of charge for participants
The project has been running since 2024.

"Teater Kubur" in Basel
Xenia Jehli
Kubur is an Indonesian theater group which has been active in Jakarta for over thirty years now. The plays are currently written by Yustiansyah Lesmana, student and director of the group, and are telling about the life in the 28 million metropolis.
Haifa, Ratu, Diah, Saring and Hendra are the current line-up of the group and worked throughout the last year on cultural diversity through improvisations and intense rehearsals - the result is a 60 minutes' play which has its premiere in Jakarta by the end of may.
To avoid language barriers, the whole play is non-dialogue - everything is done by music, dance and body language.

Creation for Douban
Mirjam Sutter
From December 21 to January 4, 2018, I was invited to Jerusalem to create a choreography with the local dance company DOUBAN. The company under the artistic direction of dancer Hanna Tams was founded in 2013 with the aim to promote professional dance of the Palestinian youth and to establish common grounds with other cultures within our world. The choreography will be part of the full-length show "SALAL", which will be performed in January 2018 in Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Nazareth and Ramallah. The main sponsor of the Company is the Collège des Frères de La Salle of Jerusalem (CdF) and a handful of individuals who believe in and support the idea of DOUBAN. The company provides me travel and accommodation, but is not financially able to pay me a salary. For this purpose, I am now addressing you and you have the opportunity to support me and my work with DOUBAN Dance Company. It is important for me to be able to continue my work in Palestine, which started in 2011, and to support the dancers in their efforts for professionalism and development.

Yen Han Ballet Productions
Yen Han
Over the course of 10 years, we have experienced success in bringing quality ballet education to hundreds of students. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our work, the pandemic has hit us especially hard. In addition to unexpected increases in rent, we were forced to close and find a new home. We are dedicated to leaving no student behind, and to continue serving Witikon and the surrounding community. To make this possible, we need your support.

Help two emerging choreographers pay their dancers!
For our first dance production "Sound of Violence", which puts a new focus on the topic of domestic violence, we seek supporters to help us collect enough to pay the recommended amount to our dancers. In this field we often have to work for a minimal salary or "for the experience". With your help we can make sure to pay what our dancers deserve!
