Currently, part of our core team is already in place, including:
A Sales Performance Manager
A Credit Operations Manager
Provincial Managers operating in target regions
Call center Agents.
IT Manager
However, these team members are currently working on a part-time basis, as the company does not yet have sufficient resources to provide full-time salaries.
Strengthening our human resource capacity is therefore a priority to ensure operational efficiency, portfolio quality, and sustainable growth.
Beyond working capital, we require the following additional support:
1. Operational Assets
Motorbikes for field agents to improve last-mile distribution and after-sales service in rural areas
Vehicles for provincial supervision, logistics, and monitoring
2. Strategic Partnerships
Mobile money/payment service providers
Community-based organizations to facilitate market entry
These complementary resources will significantly enhance our ability to scale responsibly, maintain portfolio quality, and meet donor compliance and reporting standards.
