Do you love live music and want to make a contribution to the concert scene? Would you like to meet people with a passion for music and learn something completely new? Then you've come to the right place!
Honey Bees is the name of the 100 or so volunteers at bee-flat. And they are the real heroes of our organisation. From the cloakroom to the bar to catering for the artists - the Honey Bees do indispensable work in all areas and make our concerts possible in the first place. In total, our beehive puts in 4500 hours per season.
How does it work? Each Honey Bee takes on one shift a month in the areas of admission, cloakroom, bar, catering or photography and in return receives an annual subscription to our concerts, enjoys excursions as a team and meets like-minded people from the bee-flat community.

Project Overview
For almost a quarter of a century, bee-flat has stood for concert culture. From big names to the most "our there" experiments, we present music with fire, always international and always in the centre of Bern. Now it's hitting us too: we have a deficit. And we have to plug this hole in order to be able to continue organising concerts. In addition to internal restructuring and savings, we now also need Bern and all bee-flat fans!
