A cookbook for everyone, because it contains basic recipes for our local vegetables and cereals. Cooking vegan can be easy and you do not need special ingredients from the reformhous. Support the farmers from your region with the things you eat.

May you think "nothing new". In my cookbook, I completely renounce replacement products and resort to regional and seasonal products. Vegetables and "Superfood" from Switzerland. Cooking and baking vegan can be easy. The book contains more than 80 recipes that can be combined or modified according to your preferences.


I have already found the publisher and have already made the first payment. The whole project costs 25'000 CHF. This will print and distribute 2'500 books. Unfortunately, as a writer, I do not get anything from the income. But I want to spread a message and not get rich. It's my heart project.
With the first 10'000 CHF I can cover the first payment I already made.
With the further 5'000 CHF the first installment is paid.
With another 5'000 CHF the second installment is paid and I can invest in market stalls and similar.
The last 5'000 CHF cover the final bill, the publisher is paid and I can start cooking lessons anywhere in Switzerland without having to put on it.

I am a learned chef and have been vegan for 5 years. That's why I wrote a cookbook. To promote awareness while eating. Seasonality and regionality are incredibly important!
The most people have no more clou how to cook, that's what i want to change.
