A cookbook for everyone, because it contains basic recipes for our local vegetables and cereals. Cooking vegan can be easy and you do not need special ingredients from the reformhous. Support the farmers from your region with the things you eat.
With the first 5'000 CHF I can cover the down payment to the publisher. The book is in print and can be published.
The final bill will be settled and I can now start with cooking classes.
With the first 10'000 CHF I can cover the first payment I already made.
With the further 5'000 CHF the first installment is paid.
With another 5'000 CHF the second installment is paid and I can invest in market stalls and similar.
The last 5'000 CHF cover the final bill, the publisher is paid and I can start cooking lessons anywhere in Switzerland without having to put on it.
