   In this first phase, the final recipe is applied to the production line in a small series to identify any necessary adjustments for the first production run. We aim to thoroughly evaluate and optimize the final product properties, such as shelf life, consistency, and taste. This step is crucial to determine the exact size of the tube, which in turn is essential for the final dimensioning of the packaging and presentation trays.

2. Stage 2:

   35.000 CHF

   This stage enables us to commission the production of 10,000 tubes. This includes the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials, as well as covering certification expenses and storage costs. Each of these aspects is crucial to ensure smooth production and compliance with quality standards

3. Finish Stage:

   This stage enables the implementation of a launch campaign in Switzerland. It includes activation via digital channels and B2B activation of various retailers in the Swiss market. It also includes participation in the first outdoor trade fair to present our product to a broader audience. These strategic steps are crucial in order to show presence both online and in retail and to increase our market presence effectively.

The product

The no normal coffee comes in a resealable aluminum tube of which one to two teaspoons are mixed with hot or cold water. The paste dissolves and gives you the perfect coffee. One tube provides up to 25 small and 15 larger coffees and can be stored unrefrigerated.

If water is not available, no normal coffee can also be enjoyed straight from the tube or with a banana or a piece of bread, for example, for an extra caffeine kick on the go.

For no normal coffee, we only use Fairtrade Arabica coffee beans from South America and Swiss organic sugar.
