Project Overview

At the Peak of the Sun – the **Κορυφή του Ήλιου** – 17 rescued souls have found their home. Now we need your help for fences, shelters, and a work vehicle to make this place safe and lasting – a home that endures. 🐾 So that a refuge can finally become a true home. And surely, more souls will find their way to us – to a place that protects and carries them. 🌿

Every bit of support – whether it’s €1, €5, €10 or more – helps us build the “Peak of the Sun” for our dogs.
For donations of €10 or more, you’ll receive a digital card with a photo of our dogs and a personal message from us.
That way, a small piece of our “Peak of the Sun” comes straight to you – as a heartfelt thank-you, filled with sunshine. 💛

Name tag on the dog house
For every donation of €50 or more, a metal plaque engraved with “Donated by …” will be placed on one of our dog houses.
Your contribution will become a visible part of our daily life – a small piece of your heart on our farm.

The plaques will be attached to the outdoor houses of our dogs who live on the property and have found their place here.
Some of our dogs, who are older, sick, or traumatized, live inside our home – they have their quiet retreat there, without a plaque.

➡️ Limited to 18 plaques, so that each outdoor dog house has its own sponsor spot – and so future rescues waiting for their place in the sun can also be included.

If you ever come to Rhodes, you’re warmly invited to visit us and our dogs.
Stop by for a coffee, meet our furry friends, and see with your own eyes what your support is helping to create.
There’s no official visitor program – just real life, real hearts, and genuine encounters. 💚

And if you can’t come in person, you’ll receive a small digital thank-you straight from the Peak of the Sun instead:
a short video or photo update with our dogs, so you can see what has grown thanks to your help. 🐾☀️

➡️ Visits are by appointment only, so we can welcome both our guests and dogs calmly.
➡️ Visits are possible from May to October.

With a donation of €500 or more, you can become a Tree Friend at the Peak of the Sun.
One of our old olive trees will carry your name on a small plaque – a symbol of connection, stability, and hope. 🌿

Your donation helps make the land around the trees safe and accessible – for our dogs to run, play, and rest freely.
Once a year, you’ll receive new photos showing what has grown during that time:
how your tree thrives, fences are built, paths are created, quiet spaces take shape – and how life blossoms where there was once only earth. 🌞🐾

If you ever visit Rhodes, we’d be truly happy to welcome you to see your tree and meet our dogs – with no obligations, simply as a friend of this place. 💚
