After 15 years of daily training and meditation Shan Li returned form the Shaolin Temple in Henan, China (origin of the Asiatic martial arts and zen buddhism) back to Germany. He received the special permit to join the inner circle of the Shaolin-Monastery and to pass on the learned practices and secrets.

In this weekend class you can expect simple and effective exercises for your physical and mental health appropriate for any life situation. Expand your body awareness and increase your energy through daily consciousness and correct practice!
