Å to Te Nema

Dear supporters,

On July 11, the nomadic monument "Å to Te Nema" took place at Helvetiaplatz.
How was it? Well, it is hard to describe the overwhelming impressions in words. Many of you were there and could experience it personally.
Here are just a few facts:
• More than 30 announcements of the monument and reports in Switzerland and other countries
• Printed report in Tages-Anzeiger (Video team was on site) and Tachles
• Almost 100 volunteers
• Numerous visitors with different nationalities, cultures and religions
• Representatives of the city of Zurich as well as of social, religious and other organizations were present

All this strongly suggests that "Å to Te Nema" has been able to contribute to the promotion of tolerance, mutual understanding and living together. Although we all can be fundamentally different, it has shown that the common believe can make a big difference.

The long-awaited day is here. The nomadic monument starts tomorrow with the first coffee cup at 9 o'clock at the Helvetiaplatz!

We are looking forward to spending the day with you!

Sending of the goodies (thank you cards, drinking coffee, tickets for Human Rights Film Festival and Maxim Theater) will then start next week.

- The "jenseits im Viadukt" will host a pre-event on July 6th for the project. Here we have the opportunity to personally perform the ceremony of the coffee making, to learn the project`s 12-year history directly from Aida and to experience a podium discussion. Several platforms of the city of Zurich report on "Å to Te Nema". There are also media representatives which announced to visit us that day.

-Fildžani have already arrived at the Swiss border.

A short status report: the project team is speechless!
After only 10 days, we have reached almost two-thirds of the total sum! A huge thank you to all boosters !!!
