Turn street waste in Mozambique into sandals that nourish the Earth. PEGADAVERDE 3D-prints customizable eco-friendly flip-flops made from local leaves, shells, and twigs, which biodegrade in 3 months and enrich the soil within 12–36 months. Each pair prevents 5 kg of CO₂ emissions, removes microplastics, creates youth jobs, and helps clean cities. With CHF 21.360, production will be launched in Maputo, proving that Africa is capable.

This funding stage will be used to purchase the 3Dpany C1 Extruder and the initial batch of Bio-TPU raw material. These resources will allow us to begin the core technical phase: converting processed vegetable waste into bio-sustainable filament. Achieving this milestone enables PEGADAVERDE to validate our unique material "recipe" and ensure the filament meets the required flexibility and durability standards before moving into the large-scale 3D printing phase.

This funding will be invested in two industrial-grade Creality K2 Plus 3D printers and the hardened steel nozzles required for abrasive filament. The focus is to establish a production line capable of printing footwear up to size 45 with the precision and durability required by the market.

This is the critical stage that enables PEGADAVERDE’s own headquarters. The funds cover the land, full construction of the workshop with three-phase electrical installation, and a design center equipped with high-performance hardware computer for 3D modeling and Starlink connectivity. This infrastructure eliminates rental costs and ensures the humidity control indispensable for production.

The final stage ensures mobility with the acquisition of a Txopela for deliveries, the first 3 months of stipend salaries for the 5-member team, and operational licenses. It also includes launch marketing and kits for sustainability fairs, taking PEGADAVERDE from the lab into the hands of customers.
