The Lar & Lev dance school (formerly Espace Danse Peter Heubi) emphasizes the study of dances under-represented in the landscape of classes in Geneva, such as Afrobeat, tap dancing, Dancehall or even the Jazz Roots (or Solo Jazz), dances from Africa, Jamaica, the United States, whose history, technique and culture we invite you to discover.

Funding goals

  1. Stage 1:

    With this sum we will be able to pay the teachers for the month of September, before the first payments of school fees.

    With this sum, in addition to the teachers' salaries, we will be able to refresh the school by buying new furniture and painting the walls.

In the discreet courtyard of 33bis, avenue Pictet-de-Rochemont, a stone's throw from the Eaux-Vives CEVA station, you will find a dynamic dance school founded in 2021 by two young professional dancers from Geneva, Ivan Larson and Daniel Leveillé.

Lar & Lev Dance School (formerly Espace Danse Peter Heubi) focuses on the study of dances under-represented in the Geneva dance scene, such as Afrobeat, Tap, Dancehall or Jazz Roots (or Solo Jazz), dances from Africa, Jamaica and the United States, whose history, technique and culture we invite you to discover.

The school's two studios offer classes for all ages and levels.

In a warm atmosphere, Lar & Lev dance school is a place dedicated to discovery, learning and improvement, to the pleasure of moving, experimenting and surpassing oneself. To relax or to let off steam. It's a school where we take pleasure in dancing.

Dancer, choreographer and dance teacher for more than 10 years in Geneva and around the world, Ivan Larson has been passionate about dance from an early age. He trained in several urban disciplines with Tatiana Desardouin.



His participation in numerous shows, competitions and events allows him to develop his style and imprint his trademark: African dances, Hip-Hop and contemporary dances.



In 2021, he took over the management of the Lar & Lev dance school, formerly Espace Danse Peter Heubi, with Daniel Léveillé.

Daniel started tap dancing in 1999 in Geneva with Pete Daniel, then improving his skills with Fabrice Martin. While following a complete dancer training (classical, modern and contemporary dance, Latin dances, lindy hop, salsa), he won seven titles of world champion of tap dance in the solo category between 2002 and 2013.



Since 2010, he has been dancing in the Martin’s Tap Dance Company with which he has created several creations. Daniel is also invited as a soloist by the Association for Contemporary Dance in Geneva, at the Fête de la Musique or as a choreographer for the Jaques-Dalcroze Institute for the institution's 100th anniversary.

Daniel gives masterclasses in Germany, Spain, Russia, Israel, Sweden and the United States, as well as in France and Switzerland.
