Project Overview
The Formula Student workshop has been severely affected due to a fire. This presents the team with both technical and financial difficulties that jeopardize participation in the Formula Student competition. As a result, we are dependent on financial support to be able to complete the electric race car in time.

If we reach the first stage of CHF 3,000, you will enable us to buy new tools and new equipment for our workshop (tool trolley, various shelves, office equipment).

We are Zurich UAS Racing, a team of over 60 students from more than 10 different ZHAW degree programs. Together, we are developing a racing car that can complete several races both autonomously and under the control of a pilot. We are an independent association and put our heart and soul into this work alongside our regular studies.
Our goal for the coming 2023/24 season is to further develop the racing car and take part in various races around the world.

Formula Student is the world's largest competition for engineers, which is held annually at various locations around the world. Formula Student was launched in America in 1981 and the competition has also been held in Europe since 1998.
Today, over 600 teams from different universities around the world compete against each other in various disciplines with their self-built cars.

We are the Formula Student ZHAW racing team that has been participating in the Formula Student competition since the 2019/2020 season with a lot of passion and dedication. Formula Student is the world's largest competition for engineers, held annually at various locations around the world. In the context of this competition, we have been able to develop strongly in recent seasons and have already celebrated some successes.

Teamleader Operations
I am part of the Formula Student ZHAW racing team as Team Leader Operations, where I support the team in project management and back up the technical teams to ensure a competitive car year after year. The following sub-teams are attached to the Operations team: Sponsoring, Event Management, Marketing & Social Media, IT Organization, Design and Business Plan.
I particularly enjoy working on the Formula Student ZHAW project because of the challenges and collaboration with other students from a wide range of degree programs.
