Phase 2 comprises the acquisition of one fully equipped service vehicle as well as a financial reserve for the pilot operation.
The vehicle investment totals CHF 175,241 and includes an IVECO Daily 35S16B (or a comparable model) for CHF 46,351, a HESS box body conversion for CHF 25,390, and a Sortimo interior racking system for CHF 17,500. The core tool equipment is budgeted at CHF 35,000, and the initial material inventory at CHF 25,000. In addition, CHF 6,500 are allocated for a digital measurement and quotation system (tablet, printer, scanner), CHF 4,500 for vehicle branding and livery, CHF 5,000 for insurance and registration, and CHF 10,000 as a contingency reserve (5–7%). This results in a fully operational, ready-to-deploy service vehicle.
In addition, a pilot operation reserve of CHF 24,759 is planned. This includes CHF 18,000 as a salary reserve for two employees covering approximately three to four months, CHF 5,000 for the initial marketing launch in Zurich (Google Ads, SEO, and review generation), and CHF 1,759 as an additional liquidity buffer.
The total investment for Phase 2 amounts to CHF 200,000.
