Like many of you will have, we started the new year full of hope and optimism that the pandemic would soon come to an end. We have put another difficult year behind us, so we are pleased to reflect on the most successful projects of 2021 that fill us with pride: 🏆Highest amount: On the Trail of Tayaro You raised a total of CHF 110,050 for the “On the Trail of Tayaro” road movie. And it’s no surprise given this emotional story of a Syrian Kurd who sets off for Europe in search of his son. It tells of the status of women, escape, home, and the relationship between fathers and their daughters. We can’t wait to see the film!
🏆Most boosters: Jugendschlafnotstelle 702 boosters supported Bern’s “Jugendschlafnotstelle” emergency accommodation for young people. Thanks to them, this important project was successfully funded, and the emergency overnight accommodation is already almost finished – it should be open this spring. We’d like to say hats off to you!...
While we may have many good intentions, it is often hard to put them into practice. The people behind Veganuary are making it easy for those who are interested to try being vegan for a month – and are also very successful as Crowdifiers.
