Project Overview
Our forest retreat project will be the first 100% vegan holiday destination in Hungary. The first forest house with beautiful views towards lake Balaton is finished. We are now ready to build 3 more houses together with a large swimming pond. Water and electra connections are ready but we need € 120.000,- in order to finalise this great project. The food offered to our clients is 100% organic and produced on our own property.

Our forest retreat project with locally produced organic vegetables and fruits, will be the first 100% vegan holiday destination in Hungary. The first forest house with beautiful views towards lake Balaton is finished, it has been build by Paul and his son. We are now ready to build 3 more houses together with a large swimming pond. Water and electra connections are ready but we need € 120.000,- in order to finalise this second stage.
The money is mainly needed to buy construction materials (wood, isolation, roof cover, electricity, water and sewer instalation) but also stuff for the interior; kitchen, bathroom, lightning, floor cover, tables, chairs, beds, bedlinen, airco for heating/cooling, ... .
All the work is done by ourselves, no need to pay expensive external professionals.
Offering a unique vegan holiday destination attracting vegan and non-vegan people alike enjoying nature and plant based food is an important initiative in order to change the eating habits; eating less or no meat is good for the health, environment and especially for the animal welfare.
