Emergency legal assistance for people affected by the war
Project Overview
AsyLex provides online legal advice for people affected by the current war in the Ukraine. Not only via a chatbot (www.asylex.ch/ukraine) but also by providing individual legal assistance through facebook and email (ukraine@asylex.ch). Our volunteers and employees work 24/7 to ensure rapid response and up to date information. To continue our work, we are in need of financial resources, thus, we'd appreciate every donation, no matter the amount!

Since Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the outbreak of war, AsyLex has received countless requests for individual legal advice. In the first week, we have already set up a chatbot (www.asylex.ch/ukraine) to answer the most pressing questions in this context, as well as an email address where affected individuals can contact us for individual legal advice (ukraine@asylex.ch).
Volunteers and AsyLex staff have spent countless hours setting up these tools and providing the necessary support.
However, in order to handle these additional requests and provide timely, individualized legal advice, AsyLex feels compelled to create a dedicated point of contact for this issue.
In order to maintain our current work and cover the costs of the additional emergency team as well as the costs incurring for legal advice and representation, including a Swiss asylum specialist and a Ukrainian lawyer who had fled the country to advise our volunteers on this matter, we need financial resources. Therefore, please consider donating to our crowdfunding campaign!
