Currently, part of our core team is already in place, including:

However, these team members are currently working on a part-time basis, as the company does not yet have sufficient resources to provide full-time salaries.
Strengthening our human resource capacity is therefore a priority to ensure operational efficiency, portfolio quality, and sustainable growth.
Beyond working capital, we require the following additional support:

Motorbikes for field agents to improve last-mile distribution and after-sales service in rural areas
Vehicles for provincial supervision, logistics, and monitoring
