I am here at 100 Days to raise the funds to help me take another step forwards in my Swiss Real Ale brewing mission by upgrading my current entry-level ENOLMATIC bottling machine with a new ENOLMASTER vacuum bottling machine which is capable of filling some 700 bottles-per-hour....
The Goodies on offer are (mostly) bottles of Brauerei Sutton Swiss Real Ale; so the more CHF invested by you = the more Real Ale delivered to you.
I have been successfully craft brewing English-style Real Ales in Switzerland since early 2013. In June 2014 I upscaled my brewing project into an old Butcher's shop in Dallenwil in Central Switzerland taking the first step in expanding my Real Ale brewing mission.
In November 2014 I officially registered "Brauerei Sutton" in Nidwalden (Swiss Brewery #765) and since then I have (and still do) successfully supply my ales to Shamrock Irish Pub in Luzern, to Flanagan's Irish Bar in Basel and to The Penny Farthing Pub in Aarau. I have also attended festivals like hofair.ch and participated in local beer-tasting events such as the Unterwaldner biertag.ch

The four-head ENOLMASTER vacuum Beer Bottling machine pictured here is truly an excellent machine. I have been using the smaller single-head ENOLMATIC (the white one shown) for the last year and it is also very good, but as I am now bottling upwards of 1,000 bottles a session, it is getting tired and really needs upgrading.
The new four-head ENOLMASTER machine also evacuates the air out of the bottles before filling them, which helps maintain the quality of the ale and increases the shelf-life of the product.
Of course there are bigger and more expensive machines available out there, but for a one-man beer production line like mine, the ENOLMASTER is perfect for my current needs and at 700 bottles per hour it will allow me to upscale considerably over the coming years.
Thank you for your support.
P.S If the funding target is beaten all goodies will still be honoured and the funds will go to the next thing on the (seemingly endless:) Brauerei shopping list:
- A new grain/malt grinder (2200chf)
- Exterior mounted heat/ventilation A/C unit for fermentation room (3500chf)
- Steam extraction unit/roof ducting for brewing room (2500chf)
- Insulated delivery trailer (5-8000chf)
