This is Mama Gabun, a traditionel midwife and healer, one of the most experienced midwifes in Makoko, in her delivery-room. With her herbs she is able to cure a lot.
She guided more than 2‘500 deleveries in Makoko.
From her we will learn new skills as well. Let's watch, when the trainings will start.
med-support will support Mama Gabun and the forces on the ground like her, to reduce the high maternal mortality and also together with her to talk about the issue of family planning in the community will be more accepted.
