Since our entire cooling system unexpectedly failed and this tore a big hole in our wallets, we need your support to compensate for this. -

Our dishes are all small works of art that enchant our guests. We all know that creativity needs space, and so does our kitchen. Therefore, it urgently needs to be enlarged. At the same time, this paves the way if hopefully the terrace should still work out. This would kill 2 birds with one stone.

In our restaurant there is an old cellar which urgently needs a refreshment. This means that we could cater for larger groups during the cold months and also use it for other events while still serving a la carte.

In the house's own garden we have the opportunity to plant our own herbs and edible flowers etc. In order to increase the offer and also to benefit from the herbs and flowers in winter, we would like to adapt the infrastructure for canning/pickling and also produce our own products for sale in later stages.
At the end of 2021 we took the step towards self-employment.
Even the start was characterized by challenges due to the Corona measures that were still in place, as well as hardly any own capital, a lack of employees and so on...
Nevertheless, we didn't bury our heads in the sand for our dream of a small, family-run restaurant. Gastronomy is a tough business, so it is our goal to create a place here that should convey a feeling of home for the guests, but also for us and our employees.
Our concept offers modern Alpine cuisine. We feel very close to nature and buy from regional farmers and suppliers whenever possible.
Since there are always obstacles in our way and, as mentioned, we do not have any large reserves, we depend on your support to be able to continue our dream.
