Project Overview

Our idea of a company is to initially open a restaurant, where the main product will be the PIADINA ROMAGNOLA, made entirely by us, starting from the traditional dough to the more particular one, of which i twill then be sold to the customer. Our goal is to sell, at the base, an excellent typical Italian product, but at the same time to adapt it according to the culinary tastes of the place.

Our goal is to sell, at the base, an excellent typical Italian product, but at the same time to adapt it based on local culinary tastes.
The type of customers we are trying to reach ranges from the littlest ones to some people with food intolerances, to vegetarian/vegan ones and also trying to satisfy the wealthiest customers with refined products.
Our company differs from others because it is a company born in this area, which mostly uses 0 km products, thus reducing some import costs and therefore offering an excellent quality product at a low cost.

My name is Raisa Zilzke Sorgiacomo and I was born on 07/04/2001 in Brazil but at the age of 5 I moved with my mother to Italy in Brescia, I started attending all the schools in Italy, but since I was little I was passionate about world of cooking already at the age of 13/14 I stayed at home alone after school because my parents worked late and therefore I have always had to make do, since I was a little girl, I took care of the housework and my mother taught me to cook simple things initially, and then started to cook more elaborate things such as lasagna, risotto etc... (I learned on my own) I have always been a very curious child in learning, I tried to put more things into practice in my life and it served.

Right now I'm 22 years old and I'm still trying to make do on my own.

Only last year my current boyfriend and I decided to move to Switzerland, to Lugano, to grow more and more and maybe try new things. Our dream is to open a place in the Food and Beverage sector since we have passions in common and we have been "planning" this project for about a year, the only problem is that neither of us nor our family members could help us carry out this project of ours, and therefore we want to try to see if thanks to someone they can help us.
