18-21 Oct. in Warsaw will host the 19th European AIDS Conference. As part of the EACS 2023 will be Public Run where Life4me+ will launch the "Living Free With HIV" global campaign against stigmatization and discrimination for people with HIV. The initiative is aimed at everyone in our society. It aims to raise awareness of people with HIV and their freedom.

People living with HIV encounter prejudice and stereotypes everywhere in our society, be it in the medical field or in the family and professional environment. The situation in dealing with state institutions is worrying, where people with HIV are not only discriminated against, but sometimes also wrongly criminalized. Such a repressive social climate encourages self-stigmatization – a particularly problematic consequence of discrimination.
Despite all scientifically proven facts, stigmatization is still widespread. It prevents people with HIV from living freely. For this reason, Life4me+ has decided to launch the "Living Free With HIV" global campaign as part of the EACS 2023. Our motto is: "Live freely, regardless of status".

The Living Free with HIV initiative is for everyone in our society. It aims to raise awareness of people with HIV and their freedom. We are confident that the Life Without HIV campaign will soon gain worldwide recognition. The main thing is to talk about it more often. The race is the perfect occasion to talk about this issue openly.
The public run will include two categories: a 5K run, a 10K run and a 5K walk, providing options for participants with different fitness levels. This inclusive approach encourages people from all walks of life to join and support the cause.
