    With this support, we can build a national brand that uniquely combines innovation with the highest level of style.

Our business idea is the short term rental of used luxury watches and at a later date other luxury items such as handbags etc. - in cooperation with partners who want to sell these second hand watches and "cede" them to us for a short period (at least 3 months) until the sale.

We rent these luxury products on a weekly and monthly basis and receive a corresponding fee.

If our customer wants to buy the watch later because he could wear it for some time, we will get a commission.

For example:

Bucherer, headquartered in Lucerne, is the world's largest watch retailer and has one of the largest platforms for "Certified Pre Owned" (CPO) luxury watches.
A cooperation with this company would be our long-term goal, we would probably have to start with smaller providers, such as "Rent a Box", "WatchBox" or Chronext.ch.

Why should a large company or a company in general work with us?

Our research on the Pre Owned market in Switzerland has shown that there are tens of thousands of used watches on the various platforms. We believe that these vendors would be interested in renting watches to us for a period of time and then also sell their watches through our customers/network.

A satisfied Horologium customer will have 'taken his watch to his heart' over time, so that he will not want to return it and will buy it.

How do we acquire new customers?

Our most important acquisition strategy is ''word of mouth'' from our partners and customers - this way we can reach older and well-heeled customers more easily.

We create a video or post. select our target audience and place it on Instagram or Facebook.


What does a click cost?

The cost-per-click (CPC) in the luxury industry is CHF 0.55. That means to bring a customer to the website of Horologium we pay 55 cent.


How many of the website visitors are buyers?

This is called conversion rate in %. It is on average 2%. This means that out of 100 people, 2 people buy from us at this cost.
