Recrulight shortens the path to the right interview: we build a neutral solution that brings talent and companies together in a structured way – without cover letters, endless scrolling, endless advertising and 100 rounds of pre-screening. Clear, transparent, respectful. Less effort, less waiting for both sides.

Our software developers will use the first CHF 5' 000 to set up the server environment. The AI model will be built and prepared as the core of the platform.

Once we have reached CHF 10'000, we will integrate our developed data structure as a basis and connect it to the AI model.

Once we reach CHF 15'000, a designer will develop the look and feel of our platform, including graphic elements. The developers will then implement the user interface based on this design. -
Stage 4:

Starting at CHF 20'000, we begin training the AI—it is adjusted so that it understands data and can later make suitable suggestions for talent and companies.

With CHF 25'000, we are making Recrulight operational. The technical basis is being stabilized, security and access structures are being set up, and initial internal tests are being carried out.

If we reach the target of CHF 30'000 together, we can start the first test phase with selected talents and companies. In this phase, we will fix bugs, increase stability, and refine processes—an important foundation for the beta phase and further expansion steps so that you can use Recrulight on a stable and secure platform.
We rely on facts such as education and verification to guarantee quality on both sides. We have been working with programmers on the ‘core’ of Recrulight for some time now. This is literally the heart and basic idea of our company, on which everything is built.
We are neither a recruitment agency nor a headhunting firm, but our platform enables us to guarantee a good selection on both sides. As a pure technology company, we can concentrate fully on the development and optimisation of our platform.
Once the software has been successfully developed, our main geographical focus will be on the cantons of northern Switzerland (AG, BS, BL, ZH, SH, SO, TG). Initially, our target group will consist of commercial and economic professions.
We will not be paying ourselves a salary at the beginning, as we both have jobs and are putting our heart and soul into this project.
Each of us contributes our own talents. Together, we can draw on a wide range of skills. One half takes care of the technical, structural part and the other half takes care of communication and organisational tasks.

I've taken a few exciting turns in my career: I started out in the IT industry before training as a certified nursing professional. In February 2025, I completed my business diploma, followed immediately by a higher business diploma, which I will finish in January 2026. Starting in October, I plan to study for a degree in business administration HF – with the aim of investing this new knowledge directly in the development of our company.
In my own life, I have been through the application process several times and have noticed that, apart from the fact that everything happens on the computer today, many processes are still similar to how they were 30 years ago. Especially when it comes to a career change, this often leads to frustration on both sides. In my free time, I find balance in martial arts, triathlon, and dancing, where I learn perseverance, focus, and team spirit—qualities that I also bring to Recrulight.
I am founding Recrulight because I know both sides: the uncertainty as an applicant and the expectations of companies in my field. I know how endless rounds of applications feel—and how quickly good people get lost in the process. With Recrulight, I want to help make this path easier, clearer, and more respectful. Ultimately, I want talent and companies to find each other more quickly and for the whole process to feel more like an opportunity and less like an obstacle.

I completed my apprenticeship as a commercial clerk in 2017. Since then, I have been working in administration in various industries—including as a customer advisor, project assistant, and now as an executive and HR assistant. At the same time, I am continuing my education: in 2024, I completed my training as a certified office manager, and I am currently training to become an executive assistant. There, I am delving deeper into topics such as human resources management, corporate management, and communication, which I can directly apply to my everyday work.
I first came into contact with the application and recruitment process through my own job applications – and through my parents, who both work or have worked in HR. This meant that I learned early on how challenging it can be to make the right decisions on both sides.
In my free time, I need exercise to balance things out: jogging, martial arts, or dancing—whatever the day allows.
With Recrulight, I want to help make applying for jobs and recruiting less stressful and complicated. Applicants should see real opportunities in jobs again, not just a mountain of effort. Companies should be able to invest their energy in talking to suitable people—instead of endless pre-screening.
