An asado is an Argentine festive occasion where lots of meat is served from the grill over several hours. Starting off with a variety of sausages, followed by noble cuts of meat culminating in the fillet of beef, all of it accompanied by salads, many other side dishes and chimichurri sauce, this festive dinner finds its crowning climax with a delicious dessert. From aperitif drinks to wine, beer and other beverages, everything is included à discrétion.
